Elderly, low-income, or disabled homeowners. Applications accepted September–November for spring work days.

Must be elderly, low-income, handicapped, and/or disabled
Homeownership
Must own and occupy the home
How to Apply
Applications accepted September 1 through November 30 each year
Details
Work days are typically the first weekend in April
What’s Covered
Projects are limited to what can be completed in one day — exterior repairs, ramp installation, grab bars, accessibility modifications

Cannot do structural repairs or multi-day projects
