Who Is Eligible?
Overview
Severely injured post-9/11 veterans with qualifying disabilities (amputations, paralysis, blindness, severe TBI or burns).
Veteran Status
Must be a post-9/11 veteran with severe service-connected injuries: multiple limb amputations, partial/full paralysis, blindness, severe burns, or severe traumatic brain injury
Details
Must first be approved for a VA SAH grant
Requirements
Must pass background and credit checks and have resources to maintain the home (taxes, insurance, utilities)
Age
Builds fully adapted, mortgage-free homes where the veteran chooses to live
